There is no official goddess of innovation.
But there should be.
If there was a goddess of innovation Her name would be Innovara.
No one would pray to her because She wouldn’t stand for that. She wouldn’t stand above anyone. She would stand beside them. She would stand for fairness and connection, authentic and vulnerable relationships that enable the deep understanding that drives real innovation.
She would epitomize servant leadership.
She would be grateful. And She would also be ambitious1. And wholehearted. And brave. And sometimes even loud and pissed off.
As the patroness of visionaries across the planet She would be revered for doing the hard and often invisible work to build a more equitable and sustainable world.
She would embody creativity, wisdom, empowerment, and community. She would have infinite openness for diversity and zero tolerance for bullshit.
